The weather was unbearable, but we pulled through. A very special thanks to skateboarders: Danny (navy/baby/wine/white striped l/s polo), Andrew (black/white hoodie), and Caesar (grey/black-striped hoodie) for allowing me to film them busting out a few tricks. Thanks to Okashi-Zeta, Gravity, Soriano for holding me down while I did what I do best - kick rhymes, and E (c/o EVP) for her creative input throughout this process. "Animal House" video

Today, starting in about an hour, I'll be in my hood - 164th and Jerome - shooting footage for my next "Animal House" video. The beat I'll be flowing over is RZA's "Y'all Been Warned" instrumental, off Wu-Tang's "Iron Flag" album. I will have sufficient footage today and should be ready to post the final cut by tomorrow evening. The most important part is that you'll be able to view it on "YouTube.Com/ZinZeta" by Sunday evening. I'll let you know the exact time it's published, on "FaceBook.Com/ZinZeta". Also; if you haven't already viewed Gravity's "Death of Auto-tune" freestyle, you definitely should... at "YouTube.Com/ZinZeta" of course.

The Name's Zin - The Game's Sound

Hello, fellow bloggers. My name is Zin-Zeta and I'm a musician living in the Bronx part of New York City. I play piano and trombone, and a bit of violin and trumpet. I'm a rapper and am known mainly by small communities in the Bronx, Manhattan and Brooklyn, for the music I've produced, rap battles I've participated in, and poems I've recited.
My beautiful and bright cousin, Erica Vega (who's also a very talented photographer) introduced me to this site. She put me on to the cool layout options and other sweet tools this site has to offer.
I look forward to sharing ideas and insight about my music, primarily, but also about anything that has to do with music - sound wavs, sfx, instrumental pieces, movie scores, video game scores - you name it. I hope this BlogSpot experience turns out to be an exciting and helpful instrument for my future carreer in music, as it has been for Erica and her interests.
