A Bit Much

I like love poems and all that jazz, but people should REALLY start thinking about the words they use if their goal is for people to believe them. I hate hearing sh*t like: "I want to be with you every minute of every hour of everyday of every week of every month of every season of every year of every decade of every score... blah, blah, blah." It all sounds great at the moment, but call that poet in five years and ask him/her if they want to get out of the house. They'll be knocking on your door before you hang up the phone. As for you dudes who write overly-exaggerated sh*t like that, WE KNOW YOU'RE JUST TRYING TO GET IN HER PANTS!!

Time's A Wastin'

I only have 11 more days before the month is up, and I still haven't uploaded a video!! I've been working on so many other things - going to the gym, non-stop; babysitting; composing fresh new age pieces - that time's just seemed to have flown by me. :( Good news is, I work really well 'under pressure' (Bowie voice). Being that I'm only able to edit my videos on Saturdays and Sundays, I'll have to do TWO video shoots this coming week, and pray that I'll be able to edit both in less than a day's time once the weekend hits. Can I do it??? Don't answer. Heck, I don't even know. I do know this: I'll definitely try my best. I said I'd put out two videos a month; that's, damn well, what I'll try to accomplish. If not, I'mma be DZUMB tight!!! Forgive me if they come out whack as f*ck!

The weather was unbearable, but we pulled through. A very special thanks to skateboarders: Danny (navy/baby/wine/white striped l/s polo), Andrew (black/white hoodie), and Caesar (grey/black-striped hoodie) for allowing me to film them busting out a few tricks. Thanks to Okashi-Zeta, Gravity, Soriano for holding me down while I did what I do best - kick rhymes, and E (c/o EVP) for her creative input throughout this process. "Animal House" video

Today, starting in about an hour, I'll be in my hood - 164th and Jerome - shooting footage for my next "Animal House" video. The beat I'll be flowing over is RZA's "Y'all Been Warned" instrumental, off Wu-Tang's "Iron Flag" album. I will have sufficient footage today and should be ready to post the final cut by tomorrow evening. The most important part is that you'll be able to view it on "YouTube.Com/ZinZeta" by Sunday evening. I'll let you know the exact time it's published, on "FaceBook.Com/ZinZeta".
